Dr. Colombo is the manager that promoted the establishment of the Bailey Controls Co. in Italy up to the point it was purchased by the Italian Company Elsag S.p.A. and merged into the new Company Elsag-Bailey S.p.A.

Exa was founded in order to benefit of the experience gained by working with the Bailey products family for many years.

Exa can offer a whole range of Bailey Controls products manufactured in USA, Japan and Canada belonging to product lines that are no more in production.

All the products are "new" (not reconditioned) and are provided with the original "Bailey Warranty Label".

The main purpose of this Web Site is to make products available as spares to the thousands of customers around the word who have installed in their plants the Bailey Control System .

In about 15 years of activity the Company has successfully established continuous business relationships with major Italian Groups, first of all with ANSALDO and ABB ( now ALSTOM Power), for the engineering and supply of packages of electronic instruments for Power Stations and industrial plants all over the world.

As former licencee of this major American manufacturer of instruments for process control, EXA can offer a unique know-how in the rehabilitation programs of the Power Plants where these products are installed.
